For Kaju Katli
1 1/2 cup cashew nuts,
90 ml water,
1 cup sugar,
1 tsp rose water,
1/8 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
For Kaju Katli- Break the Cashew Nuts and dry roast them until they become crunchy
- Blend them. Powder them immidiately so that they remain crunch.
- Make the fine powder.
- Break the Lumps if any.
- Mix sugar, water and Rose Water.
- Boil the syrup.
- Stir the syrup so that the sugar is completely dissolved
- Add the powder at sim stove
- Make a smooth mix of powder and syrup
- Cook the mix till the it thickens and leaves the sides.
- Transfer it to the trey and wait till it becomes warm
- Cut into small pieces
